Furnace Maintenance Includes
- Whole home carbon monoxide check
- Whole home combustion gas check
- Test, level, and clean thermostat
- Test and record equipment gas pressures
- Test and record equipment voltage, amp, and component resistance
- Clean and vacuum out furnace, blower compartment and return drop boot
- Adjust blower for correct air flow
- Inspect heat exchanger & combustion area
- Visually inspect heat exchanger for cracks, pitting & rusting
- Visually inspect & tighten electrical connections
